Our goal is to get you prime locations from the get go. The surest way to do it is to have a darn good list of potential locations to call, make an honest presentation of your machine and get it to you ASAP before they "forget". Thousands of vending jobs a year has honed our location service to a science, we have a solid reputation and can effortlessly honor our warranty on any locations that don't pan out. As a telemarketing company which handles numerous consumer and business accounts, we have on hand virtually every business in North America. We can tune a lead list based on industry type, number of employees, zip code, etc.
Step 1 (PAPERWORK).
Fill out our
ORDER FORM. Once it's filled out, the information
will be sent to our Vending Locator Experts, who will
then wait for you to fax the form with your signature
on it, as well as payment confirmed.
Step 2 (LEAD LIST). Once signed contract and down payment is confirmed the lead list team will scour national databases, public records and our proprietary lead list database for a lead list of prime locations. We then import the leads into our propriety Vending Job Tracker Database and start calling. Locations that do well are auto dealerships, auto shops -Brake and lube shops not body shops), Laundromats, carwashes, pizza parlors, barber shops, restaurants, hotels/motels, etc. We can also add certain business that you feel would make a good location. Our lead list miners have to find several hundred businesses to call just to place one good location. This is the reason why we usually require at least 5 machines to place.
Step 3 (CALLING ACTION). Depending on your area, we may have to call 100 to 300 businesses just to get you 1 qualified location. We start to cold call the numbers on the lead list and offer your machine to the respective location owners and managers. Once an appointment is made it is then verified by the shift supervisor for data accuracy.
Step 4 (LOCATION SENT). We send the locations
to you within 24 hours via email or fax so you can confirm and tour the location.
Step 5 (CLIENT TOURS LOCATION). Client calls the location owner and schedules an appointment or tours the location before installing the machine. Touring is highly recommended before delivering a 600 pound soda or snack machine! Calling before going is common sense and would assure that the location owner is there and ready to accept the machine.
Step 6 (CLIENT FEEDBACK). Let us know which locations you were able to place, and which ones were rejected so we can promptly investigate with the location owner and find you a replacement location.
